Roxanne K. Beilly, Esq
Ms. Beilly specializes in corporate, securities and business law. She advises clients in public offerings, private placements, public company reporting and compliance matters, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate and securities law matters. Roxanne received her J.D. in 1990 from Nova Southeastern University, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1982 from the University of Nebraska. Since receiving her J.D., Roxanne has concentrated and practiced in the areas of corporate and securities law.
Steven I. Weinberger
Steve relocated to South Florida following eighteen years of private practice in New York City. He has devoted his practice to the unique legal needs of developmental and emerging companies, predominantly in connection with: public and private, equity and debt financing transactions; periodic, transactional and other reporting and compliance matters under Federal securities laws; corporate governance matters; self-regulatory organization qualification and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; and, general business transactions. Steve received his J. D. degree from New York Law School in 1979 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1976. He has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers for over 15 years.
James M. Schneider
Jim relocated to South Florida in 1986 following private practice specializing in securities work in New York City and serving as in-house senior corporate counsel and general counsel for various NYSE and Nasdaq companies. Following practice as in-house counsel for these larger corporations, Jim has focused his legal career working with smaller law firms and providing for the specialized legal needs of developmental and emerging companies. Jim’s practice has centered on securities work, corporate governance, venture capital, compliance and acquisition and merger work for small cap companies. He has served on several federal securities law committees and subcommittees, with particular emphasis on the requirements of small and micro cap public companies. Jim received his J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College.
